The BEST Gluten Free and Dairy Free (If Desired) Cauliflower Keto Pizza

I just starting gearing my diet towards the Keto/Paleo lifestyles. Since I have adrenal fatigue, I cannot eat too much sugar, which includes fruit (the paleo diet allows as much fruit as possible), so I have searched, and found, many delicious Keto recipes to supplement! But I do best with a balanced diet of protein, veggies, and complex carbohydrates.

The Keto diet consists of low-carb and high-fat foods. I try to be conscious where my fat is coming from (the best bet is to choose foods high in healthy fats such as olive oil, avocado, nuts, etc. compared to foods high in saturated/trans fats.) Here is a recipe I found on and modified to my liking!

This pizza is naturally gluten-free and can be modified to be dairy-free also. Check out the link below for the award-winning Daiya cheese, and other products! This cheese tastes just like dairy (somewhat higher in carbs) and melts naturally as well. It IS also SOY FREE, and instead uses canola oil among other tasty ingredients.
