This Low Carb Vegetarian Pizza is very simple and can be used for almost any kind of toppings. In this recipe we show you how you can use veggies for an unforgettable pizza eating experience.

▶︎ Ingredients & Equipment:

▷ Ingredients for the dough:

● 1 cup of chickpea flour
● 1/3 cup of flaxseed flour
● 2 tbsp. of avocado oil or olive oil
● 70-100 gr. of water
● Salt
● Basil
● Pepper

▷ Ingredients for the topping:

● 50-100 gr. of broccoli
● 1 x paprika
● 12 – 15 cherry tomatoes
● a bit of fresh salad or spinach
● 100 gr. of organic tomato paste
● 6 eggs
● 30 – 50 gr. of goat cheese
● Salt
● Basil
● Pepper

▷ Equipment:

● large bowl
● 2 x cups
● tablespoon
● scale
● 2 x baking paper
● rolling pin
● baking sheet
● cutting board
● chef’s knife
● baking sheet

Preparation time: 20 to 30 minutes
Baking time: 25 to 35 minutes at 175ºC / 340ºF

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the pizza crust

1 – 1 cup of chickpeas flour into a large bowl (00:22)
2 – add 1/3 cup of flaxseed flour (00:26)
3 – add a pinch of salt (00:31)
4 – add basil (00:39)
5 – add pepper (00:49)
6 – add 2 tbsp. of avocado oil or olive oil (00:57)
7 – mix (01:10)

8 – add 70 to 100 gr. of water and check the consistency (01:17)
9 – mix (01:27)

10 – Knead the dough (01:31)

11 – form a dough-ball and place it onto a baking paper (01:50)
12 – place a second baking paper on top of the dough-ball (02:00)
12 – roll-out the dough with a rolling pin (02:03)
13 – form the pizza with your hands (02:26)

14 – bake the pizza crust at 175ºC / 340ºF for 7 minutes (while you prepare the topping) (02:53)

▶︎ Step 2: Prepare the toppings

1 – cut the broccoli (03:01)
2 – cut the paprika (03:28)
3 – cut the cherry tomatoes (03:44)

4 – spread the tomato paste (04:01)
5 – add the paprika (04:26)
6 – add the broccoli (04:37)
7 – add the cherry tomatoes (04:50)

8 – a pinch of salt (05:21)
9 – add fresh salad leaves or spinach (05:24)
10 – crack open and add 4 to 6 eggs (05:34)
11 – a pinch of salt (05:55)
12 – a bit of basil (06:02)
13 – and pepper (06:05)

14 – finish with a handful of goat cheese (06:10)

15 – bake at 175ºC / 340ºF for 25 to 35 minutes (06:26)
