Grain-Free Paleo Pizza


1 cup arrowroot –
1/2 tsp Real Salt –
1/3 cup avocado oil –
1/3 cup water –
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar –
a dash of garlic powder –
1 egg –
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
desired pizza toppings

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the arrowroot and salt; set aside.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the oil, water, vinegar, and garlic powder just to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over arrowroot mixture; stir to combine.
3. Add the egg and stir, then add the coconut flour and italian seasoning; stir and then knead until a smooth dough forms.
4.Roll into a 12-14 inch circle and bake on a greased pizza pan for 15 minutes or until crust becomes light golden brown. Remove from oven, add toppings, and bake 3-5 more minutes.
