Ingredients:

BREAKFAST:

3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Whole Banana

1 Whole Egg

1 Serving Prana Chocolate Protein Powder

Ice

LUNCH:

200g Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

Shallots

50g Mushrooms

Handful of Spinach

Jalapeños

50g Chicken Breast

SNACK:

2 x Hard Boiled Eggs

Small Bowl Blueberries

DINNER:

2 x Canned Tuna

Large Handful Spinach

50g Red Bell Pepper

50g Mushrooms

Pickles

Jalapeños

Shallots

Coconut Amino Sauce
