My 3 Go-to Easy Paleo Lunch Recipes

Welcome back! Today’s video is 3 of my go-to Paleo lunches. I often meal prep them either the night before or on the weekend so I don’t have to do it in the morning.

Day 1: Stuffed Peppers
Preheat oven to 375
Cut the top off of the peppers and stuff it with chopped veggies, meat, cheese, spices, & eggs of your choice.
Bake for 45 minutes and let cool

Day 2: Sandwich wraps
I use coconut wraps from thrive market:
Add any meats, veggies, etc. of your liking.
I used Primal kitchens ranch (it’s so good) & my own creation: 1/2 of an avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to add some flavor & make sure it wasn’t too dry of a wrap.

Day 3: Pasta
I use the wonder noodles from thrive market: All you have to do is rinse and heat them up!
Spaghetti sauce: a can of peeled tomatoes blended with garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, rosemary, parsley. oregano, Himalayan sea salt.
