CASHEW ACAI PRALINÉS – paleo [recipe below]

Long time no see! Actually, I wanted to film a recipe for some delicious matcha cashew chocolate patties, but I didn’t have the right ingredients at my mum’s house. So I ended up making cashew acai chocolate pralinés, based on the recipe for my matcha patties. I hope you guys enjoy it!

5tbsp cashew butter
2tbsp coconut oil
2tbsp honey or maple syrup
2tbsp coconut cream
2tbsp acai powder
60g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free, I use the xucker ones)
pomegranate – super important!

How to:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Then fill texture into cupcake forms and freeze for at least 1 hour. Melt some dark chocolate and sprinkle on top. Decorate with pomegranate. Don’t skip this step, the pomegranate makes them pop! Freeze again for 10 minutes.
