Coco choco | PALEO snack recipe in Tamil | paleo diet recipes

COCO CHOCO:

Coco choco is a very healthy and tasty snack. I haven’t added any sweeteners into it and the coconut makes the snack tasty. This is good for kids and any diet followers. And also everyone can eat.

I always do some trial to find some new recipes especially in PALEO especially the snack items, and got this coco choco.

This is an absolute treat for PALEO / KETO / LCHF followers. so deftly try and feedback on this…

Ingredients:

1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp ghee
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
3-4 Tblsp whipping cream
1 piece of dark chocolate
2 Tblsp milk

Direction:

Heat ghee in a pan and add coconut into it fry.

Add almond flour and stir then coconut flour and stir well.

Add cocoa powder and the vanilla essence and mix.

Add whipping cream into the pan and mix.

Now off the stove and divide the mixture into equal portions and make balls.

Melt the dark chocolate in milk and pour it over the balls to decorate it.

Dip the balls into the melted chocolate to coat.

Can be refrigerating for upto 3-4 days.
