This recipe is literally the best thing! For someone who loves sweets as much as I do, take it from me, this really hits the spot. I’d say the small size of each macaroon helps with portion control but only if you eat 1-2 at a time. Otherwise, you’ll eat 6 before you know it!

-2 Cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
– 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
-4-5 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
-1/4 Cup Coconut Nectar (can use Agave or Honey)
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-Pinch of salt

1)Mix All ingredients together in food processor
2)Pause to scrape ingredients down from the sides
3)Mix again
4)Scoop Tbsp size dollops onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
5)Cool in fridge for 30 minutes
6)Remove from fridge and enjoy or store in closed container in fridge for future enjoyment.
