1 cup Raisins
½ cup Coconut cream (refrigerated coconut milk)
½ cup Almond butter
3 tbsp Molasses
1 tsp All spice
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
½ cup Almond flour
½ tsp Vanilla
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
1. Combine all ingredients, except dark chocolate, into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
2. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Melt chocolate and drizzle over the balls. Refrigerate or freeze until set.
4. Keep cold to maintain form!
