1 Ripe Banana
3 Large Eggs
Dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup Nut Mixture (Ground Walnuts, Almonds and Flax Seed)
Wisk over Low-med heat until desired thickness. Add a little heavy cream (or almond milk) and your berries of choice. ENJOY!!
