Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy breakfast ideas that are perfect for the holidays! These holiday breakfast ideas and yummy and easy to make. stay tuned this week for a giveaway as part of treat week 🙂 and enjoy intuitive eating over the holidays with these low carb ideas.

Eggnog Pancakes
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch himalayan salt
1 egg
1/8 cup coconut or nut milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Peppermint Donuts
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut sugar
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup cacao or cocoa
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp peppermint
350F for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick is clean

Gingerbread Granola
1 1/2 cup nuts and seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
350F 25 minutes
